Online Entry

The Process!!

This page is designed to enter only the shows offered by this event secretary. You must contact the correct superintendent or secretary for other shows not listed here. You can enter as many of the listed shows on one entry form for each dog as long as there is no change in the class entered. After you have selected which show(s) you want to enter, you will be directed to the entry fee page. There is a $3.00 per dog per show service fee and that amount is already included in the entry fee price on that page. You will then be directed to a secured “check out” page after completing the entries and can use your Visa, Mastercard or American Express to pay for entry fees. There is a $10.00 charge on refunds due to entry cancellations.

Once you have completed the entry you will receive a confirmation email from 123Signup showing that your process is complete. After the entry is received and processed by JWilson, you will receive another confirmation email from JWilson. Your credit card receipt confirms that the entry processed, however if you have not received a judging schedule 7 days prior to the show(s) please contact us at judywilson-ss@sbcglobal.net

This is a new set up for online entries for our site. There are still a few bugs to iron out. You will see the email address "dvqry407947001@123setup.com" in several locations through out the process. Please ignore that address. Thank you.

Before submitting the entry form you will be asked to agree to the following:

I CERTIFY that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at the time of this show or obedience trial, and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list for this show or obedience trial or both, and further agree to be bound by the Agreement printed on the reverse side of this entry form. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and agreement.
